1. We don’t offer any refunds or returns once the order is placed.
2. You cannot cancel any items once you place an order.
3. It will take upto 10 business days to deliver your order excluding Saturdays , Sundays and other government holidays if any.
4. Express delivery will take upto 2-3 business days excluding Saturday Sunday and other government holidays if any.
5. Once the order is placed, you will not be able to make any changes with items or any other details of your order.
6. Shipping charges will vary accordingly to the weight of your order.
7. Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances.
8. If any product is out of stock, unavailable or if we are just simply unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale in which case, we will refund the amount charged within 5-7 working days to your source.
9. The products and services described on this website, and any samples thereof we may provide to you, are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services, or samples thereof, you receive from us. We reserve the right, with or without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms and Conditions.
10. Product Usage
The stability & nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or
when used in combination with other ingredients. This is beyond our control and we strongly
recommend that storage instructions be followed as far as possible.
11. Secret Haircare Pvt Ltd. reserves all the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for any such changes.
12. You may be subject to taxes and fees levied by your local customs and tax authorities ("Import Tax and Fees"), which are triggered when a shipment is imported to your respective country
International shipping
1. We take 10 business days from the date of order placed to deliver your order Internationally.
2. For international orders you may have to bear any import tax that is imposed by your local government.
Refund policy
1. We do not provide any cancellations, returns or refunds once your order has been placed.
2. If incase you receive damaged product or partial order we will replace with a new duplicate shipment immediately.
